Yesterday afternoon while at IHOP, Manda and I saw a broad that looked like a hooker talking on a pay phone across the street. This chick as a bright pink tiger print tube top, black short shorts or skirt, big platinum blonde bleached hair and scary eye make up. We assumed that she was trying to get ahold of her pimp to come pick her up and was using to the pay phone to avoid any cel traces.
When we saw her take off in a bmw, we decided that she was a madam keeping track on all her girls. It was quite funny watching other people stare at her, probably thinking the same thing.
She was probably some Micheal's skank just trying to get home after a sleazy one night stand or something and somebody took her cell phone. Oh well... who knows.
