Oh yeah, during dinner, my sis makes a "surprise" appearance when she found out that I was having dinner there with Manda and decided to introduce myself. It went rather well, despite my sis looking Manda up and down, it was pretty cool.
Later on, I went over to my sister's place to drop off the money I owe her to my mother who was babysitting for her and I decided to kill two birds by introducing Amanda to her. They hit it off pretty well, despite Manda being a little nervous. Mom used the time to tell her all about my little hijinks when I was growing up while I concentrated on mooching off the cable. They talked for about half and hour until we decided to head on out to the Hillbilly fair, but not before stopping by Barnes and Noble for a pitstop. I thought I saw my friend Kenny there, but I wasn't sure. It was later confirmed that it was him. Anyway, Lisa was working and I introduced her to Manda. They seemed to get along okay and after that, it was time for the fair.
The fair was pretty ghetto to be expected and we got on one tilty twisty type ride... BIG MISTAKE. Apparently the chicken/jumbo shrimp platter didn't quite agree with the whole twisty turny thing and I got a little bit sick. Seriously, I was definitely gonna puke if I didn't get off that damn ride asap! Luckily the carny dude let off the sick people before restarting the ride and I waited for Manda while concentrating really hard on not throwing up. When she was done, we took off, but not before she started talking about funnel cakes and cotton candy. That DID NOT help things.
Anyway, we decided to go to my place so I could rest for awhile before heading out to Micheal's. Manda's never been before and wanted to check it out so what the hell. It wasn't as bad as before, crowd wise, but it was pretty balls crowded, nevertheless. We ended up dancing for about an hour and a half or 2 hours (geez, that girl's got some moves and stamina) and then we took off. On our way out, I met Ramon Houston. One of the few people I didn't despise in High School and a really cool guy. We talked for awhile and went our separate ways. Not to sound gay or anything, but he was looking pretty good. Time has definitely been good to him!
Anyway, it was a pretty interesting Saturday night.
