I'm such a tool

Last night I did the unthinkable.... I cooked dinner for a woman!

This is an extradordinarily rare even that only occurs once in many many moons and it's usually for a girl whom I consider very special. Usually I'm dating said chick, but this is not the case. She does mean a lot to me however, well enough for me to don the cooking gloves once again. She had to bring her cookware over since all mine is walmart bought pieces of shit, I had forgotten how good of a cook I am! Guess it's like riding a bike or whatever. Damn I'm awesome.
Afterwards, we stayed up most of the night watching Hentai porn. Man, I'm gonna miss this girl when she's gone!

  1. Oh that's so sweet! There's nothing wrong with cooking dinner for your sweetie. Oh wait. She's just a friend! Riiiiight. How silly of me. What did you cook for her anyway? I hope it wasn't Ramen and Spam. Kidding! I know you're a helluva cook when you wanna be. Too bad she's skipping town She sounded really cool on the phone and I didn't get any weird vibes. I would've loved to have met her. O well. Chalk it up to your infamous bad timing. I'm sure you'll find the right girl at the right time soon.

  4. It was good seeing you last night. Hope the airport went as well as it could have. Now for the right girl at the right time. I bet she'll be one of the next two.

  5. Libby, thanks for the link. Oddly enough, cooking dinner for a date was the "rational" option in my Nondating special valentine's post. Go figure.

Shaddap! I could go on and on and on about all the ways that make this girl dinner worthy, but everyone who knows me has already heard the story a billion different times. I will say this, however: The main thing I liked about being with her is... she was real. What we had was real. Sounds sappy, but it's true.
That's what made her dinner worthy. Well that and she had cooked me dinner 3 times before.

    Jess:
How long did we date again? Two...three weeks? lol! Yer lucky you got that sammich!

Sorry I had to leave early. The airport went very well thank you. Funny you should send me that link. I'm taking a break from the whole relationship thing and focusing on more important things/needs.

  8. Chicken Alfredo with angel hair pasta, greek salad, cornbread for that southern touch (mother's recipe) tiramisu as a desert and a bottle of Chardonnay. Everything except the tiramisu was homemade and damn good.

    Enjoy your PB&J, Jessica.
