I was sitting around, yapping with a friend of mine in a fairly nice hotel room, when the subject about that guy who won 149 million dollars is getting divorced from his worthless money grubbing whore of a wife a month later and OF COURSE, the skankbag is asking for HALF his loot in alimony. Yeah, it's not like the guy worked for his money, but the fact his wife divorced him a MONTH fucking later and demands half his money is fucked up!
This shit really pisses me the hell off! Personally, I think that alimony is outdated and needs to be fucking abolished!
Alimony was created back in the days when women weren't expected (and in some cases not allowed) to work and all they did was raise a family. Nowadays, in the era of "equality", women are more than capable of handling things on their own. To continue to force men to hand over a portion of a paycheck to a woman who is perfectly capable of holding down her own job and taking care of herself just because things didn't work out is utter bullshit.
Yeah, yeah some of you feminist, nazi, pinko douche huggin' skank bags might call this poetic justice since the system was created by the EVIL PENIS DOMINATED EMPIRE, and you're partially right. This shit needs to be changed and it needs to be changed NOW. If you women truly believed in TRUE equality, they would spear head a movement to abolished this incredibly sexist law yourselves since it serves as a blaring reminder of your perceived inferiority. But since that would mean you'd have to give up free cash, I guess it's okay to not be TOO equal. One of the "perks" of being a "lowly" female I suppose.
(Mind you, this has nothing to do with child support, that's a whole other story.)
Bottom line is: Alimony is retarded, women should get NOTHING out of a divorce, NOT A G** DAMN CENT from a man, while child support should go 50/50 if the dad gets the kids 50% of the time, and less if he doesnt, 15% if he can't see them at all...as it's often the case.
Women can fucking work. I've seen many a man who is absolutely destroyed by a divorce...that shit just shouldnt happen. The only thing these greedy life draining bitches should get is THE BOOT OF JUSTICE™ right in the fucking face!
Hell, I'll throw in an example: I saw on a VH1 show one of the most ridiculous celeb divorce cases....Lionel Richie's ex-wife was asking for 300,000 per MONTH....going on in detail about how much she "needs" monthly for not only the kids, but also plastic surgery, personal trainer, hair/makeup, etc. If I were in Lionel's place at that time....seriously...she would suddenly have a nasty "accident" one day....or perhaps just disappear completely like Jimmy Hoffa.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you, my friends, in the majority of cases alimony is not necessary, but, there are circumstance other than child support, where alimony may be warranted. For example, if a person, (woman or man) works his/her ass off for YEARS to support a spouse in attaining a goal which is MAJORLY fincancially lucrative, then said spouse with the wonderful fincancial future decides to dump the support person by which he/she attained said future, wouldn't that be cause for alimony? Alimony was set up not just to support women who were not trained work but to prevent some people from using others. (Libby, help me with these dmn commas....they are driving me crazy)

But I don't think it should be a monthly payment on a long-term basis. Decide how much money they contributed toward the spouse's education, and then compensate them for it. Simple as that. They do deserve some compensation in that regard. But not years of it. Every man should support himself. Same for women.

ReplyDeleteMy friend started mowing lawns when he was 16 years old. By age 25he was making 90k/yr, had 10 major condominum accounts, and had 10 employees making $10/hr working for him. He was married at 26 divorced at 30 with a kid for "irreconcilible differences". The women got MORE THAN HALF. Judge ordered the business liquidated (sold) to pay the ex wife. On top of that he had to pay $300/week child support + alamony. All the possessions were sold (house, cars, business) to pay the ex wife. Ex wife ended up marrying a rich guy ONE YEAR after the divorce and she STILL collected his money! He was totally destroyed. This kunt who never went to college, never did ANYTHING in her life except spread her legs/have a kid with the right guy got almost 70% everything he ever made. My friend BUILT HIS OWN BUSINESS through years of sweat, sales, labor, blood and tears and in the end he lost everything and now squeaks out a living on a few of his old accounts he was able to re-coup for 30k per year and rents. Thats right. He went from a self made business owner making almost 6 figures/yr homeowner to 30k per year, in massive debt, renter. All it took was one divorce. This is all the truth. for those of you saying "they can only get half" NOT TRUE!! And now on top of this the IRS is coming after him for unpaid taxes! He cannot afford the basic cost of living and paying her and child support on 30k per year. He is trying to build his business back up but it takes time and the IRS are threatning to shut him down!!

ReplyDeleteActually, it's not. The CONCEPT of child support (i.e., that it goes to support the child the man helped create) is a noble one. The REALITY is that it is nothing more than hidden alimony, since 1) it is set at about 4X what experts estimate it costs to raise a child and 2) there is NO requirement that it be used for the child! I know SO, SO, SO many women who spend it on breast implants, botox, shoes, even hair transplants for their new boyfriend (yes, i'm serious). Child support has nothing to do with the child, it's just alimony in a prettier wrapper. Childsupport + Alimony = Vaginamony.
A man needs to prepare for divorce over about 1 or 2 years. First, bug your wife's computer if you have a suspicion that she is going to seek a divorce. You need intel. Then, over a year's time, hide assets in prep for starting over. Never agree to move out of the home. Get her to move out.
